I met up with Charlotte of RUDAS after I stumbled over her beautiful robes on instagram. Co-founder Charlotte uses the term 'idlewear' to describe the brand, which is all about relaxation and slowing down. The name is a tribute to Budapest's oldest bath house. RUDAS uses high quality linen, and their silhouettes are inspired by Japanese robes. Fabrics are sourced from mills in Japan, Belgium, Italy and the US, and RUDAS creates their unisex pieces with local manufacturers to produce in small runs.
